The Lakes community is located high on the Cumberland Plateau north of I-40, midway between Knoxville and Nashville, Tennessee.

The Lakes community offers quiet country living in a beautiful natural setting of 632 wooded lots and beautiful homes surrounding four pristine lakes within a 1080-acre forest.

We have two boat ramps, a community park, picnic area, a community clubhouse, and plenty of wildlife to observe while walking or biking 15 miles of paved roads throughout our secluded wooded community tucked peacefully away from the outside world.
