Boating Regulations

 

Motorized boats (including electric) and sailboats require a state registration.

Watercraft propulsion:  paddle, pedal, or electric only.  No gas powered motors allowed.

Out-of-state visitors, check Tennessee boating regulations.

Fishing Regulations

Open for fishing with the following restrictions:

Bradley fishing 10 pct

BASS - Catch and Release ONLY

BREAM - 20 limit
No size restrictions

CATFISH - One over 34 inches
No limit under 34 inches

GRASS CARP - Catch and Release ONLY

BLACK CRAPPIE - 15 limit
Minimum size 10 inch

  • TROTLINES
  • SLAT BASKETS
  • TRAPS OF ANY KIND
  • SNAGGING
